My stay at this resort was mixed. The beautiful beachfront location and the spacious, clean rooms were highlights, but the service experienced a lot of inconsistencies, especially during peak times. While the dining options were decent, they fell short of expectations in terms of variety and availability. The facilities were enjoyable, yet there were several points needing improvement.

We just returned from an unforgettable week at this hotel in Sanya, and I can't say enough good things about the amazing staff and the overall experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the incredible amenities, everything contributed to a fantastic vacation. The only downside was the pool water temperature, which I found too warm for my liking. Overall, it’s a great choice for families, especially with the proximity to attractions like Atlantis water park.
